Congratulations to senior Meghan Theriault on publishing a book of poems, Real Poems for Real Feelings, on Amazon. Meghan completed this as her senior project which she will present in late April. #2024


Congratulations to MHS junior Sonam Ngamdung for her selection to participate as one of four delegates from New England at the 68th Commission for Status on Women at the United Nations. She will be featured this morning on NBC 10 at 8:30 am. She was honored at the State House with Governor McKee.


A group of MHS students toured Exeter Job Corps today, a federally funded program that provides paid vocational training.


Thank you to our community partners and MHS Guidance staff for hosting a sophomore Career Fair. We are fortunate in Middletown!




MPS was well represented this past weekend at the Newport St. Patrick's Day Parade with Mr. Statser and the MHS band!

It's been an active week at MHS with our traditional Handball Tournament and Unified Basketball with a big win over Rogers!

Over the weekend, Student Council members from the Class of 2026 hosted a cornhole tournament at the Longplex Sports Center. Ms. Cerra had a really cool guest speaker yesterday. Nathan Loura, Chief Information Security Officer for the State of RI, spoke with 2 classes. Talking about what is cybersecurity, what people in different areas of Cybersecurity do, training, certs, etc needed in the field. Academic vs Alternative training.
